Commissioning Options
Fund the network, not isolated licences. NEU provides maintained directory, wellbeing measurement, wraparound pathways, continuity between partners, anonymised insight and collective outcomes — aligning with CRF guidance.
Option A — Full Wraparound
Platform licence, onboarding for 20–40 organisations, wellbeing measurement, shared notes governance, human-verified service maintenance, dashboards, early-intervention alerts, insight reporting, training and partnership coordination.
Option B — Per-Community
Community dashboard, wellbeing measurement, shared notes, service maintenance, insight reporting and training. For food projects, mental health cafés and advice centres.
Option C — 12-Month Pilot
5–10 organisations, wellbeing measurement, shared notes, dashboards, insight reporting and governance setup.
