I’m a drama‑grad‑turned‑wellbeing coach with a track record of making support feel human and doable. I’ve led pastoral care as a Head of Year, taught Wellbeing and Self Development in prison education at HMP Fosse Way, and now coordinate, deliver and track wellbeing in the charity sector — always with a trauma‑informed, relationship‑based approach.
Qualifications include AET, Counselling Skills, Understanding Mental Health, Understanding Adverse Childhood Experiences, and Intro to Neuroscience in Early Years — paired with years of real‑world practice.
