Every donation to NEU (Now Everybody Unite) helps us build stronger people, stronger connections, and stronger communities. Your support allows us to deliver practical, trauma-informed wellbeing work where it’s needed most — and to keep it accessible, human, and real.
We don’t do one-off inspiration and disappear. Funding supports follow-up, continuity, measurement, and ongoing support so wellbeing improvements actually stick and ripple out into families, workplaces, and communities, with intergenerational learning a key part of our beliefs.
NEU is powered by people who’ve been there. Funding allows us to train and support facilitators with lived experience to co-deliver sessions, share their stories safely, and show that change is possible — not theoretical.
We deliver wellbeing programmes through community hubs, charities, and local spaces where people already feel safe. Funding helps us run group sessions, workshops, and drop-ins that reduce isolation, build confidence, and give people tools they can actually use in real life — not just nod along to.
We teach practical wellbeing skills that help people manage stress, emotions, relationships, and life pressures. Donations support resources, facilitators, and sessions that help people understand themselves better, make positive choices, and feel more in control of their lives.
Not everyone has access to environments that support wellbeing. Your donation helps us create welcoming spaces — physical and emotional — where people feel seen, heard, and valued, often for the first time in a long time.
Alongside donations, Fin will be taking on a series of Ultra Marathons throughout the year to raise funds for NEU (because apparently normal running wasn’t dramatic enough).
The first challenge is the Ultra Challenge North Yorks 50k, taking place in June.
This is a 50km ultra run from Scarborough to Whitby, following a stunning but tough coastal route — think long miles, steep climbs, relentless terrain, and breathtaking views that briefly distract you from questioning all your life choices.
The route covers rugged coastline, cliffs, and countryside, making it as mentally demanding as it is physical — which feels pretty on-brand for NEU. We’ll be sharing updates, training progress, and fundraising details on the NEU blog and socials nearer the time. A route photo will be added here so you can see exactly what he’s signed himself up for.
Every step, blister, and questionable decision helps raise money to support NEU’s community wellbeing work — so whether you donate, share, or simply shake your head in disbelief, it all helps.

By donating to NEU, you’re not funding paperwork or tick boxes — you’re investing in people, second chances, prevention, and connection.
Because when everybody unites, everybody thrives. 💛
